Electronics & Instrumentation Engineering Laboratories:

Basic Lab :
The Electronic Circuits and PCB laboratories cater to the ‘Basic Requirements of the EIE Branch as well as the 'service course' needs of CSE, I.T.,EE & EC branches.

Analog Integrated Circuits and Digital Circuits Lab:
These two are the core labs that facilitate the enhancement of the skills in Analog & Digital Design with good foundation for the study of Microprocessors, and Microcontroller and their Applications.

Telemetry Lab:
This lab provides a wider platform for learning and give a good grounding in Digital & Data Communication, which are pivotal for Communication Engineering Studies.

Transducer Lab :
These laboratories provide training to the students on the performance and characteristic of electronic energy conversion circuits.

Microprocessors & Micro controllers with Interfaces Lab :
The lab provides facilities to use 8 / 16 bit, Microprocessors/ Micro controllers and their interfacing for different applications using hardware and software trade - offs. This lab activity further provides a very good motivation for the design and development of project works, as well as a good proto-typing, and product development.

Advanced Laboratories:
The Department of EIE understands the need for constant up-gradation  of knowledge and the need to gear up with the rapidly changing technological scenario. At this point of time advanced labs have been planned in the areas of:

CAD Lab:
This lab includes software for VLSI design using both Front End and Back End Tools , MATLAB and  MULTISIM. Usage of these softwares in the lab facilitates insight into abstract ideas related to digital signal processing, control systems, VLSI design, Circuit design and simulation.

Embedded systems lab
Recently, a humble attempt has been made to establish a separate lab for embedded systems in the Deptt which offers a Value Added Course for the benefit of the pre-final year and final year students. It has successfully completed the conduction of classes for one batch of students.
