A unique Department of its kind offering B.Tech degree in Environmental Engineering having distinction of first of its kind offered by Uttar Pradesh Technical University.
The department was started in 2005 with intake capacity of 30 which is presently 60. Well equipped laboratories and highly qualified (M. Tech and Ph.D) faculty make it an ideal Department for carrying out teaching, research, HRD and consultancy. Main papers taught during four years are Water Supply Engineering, Waste water engineering, Air Pollution Control, Solid Waste Management, Industrial and Municipal Waste Water Treatment, Disaster Management, Environmental Impact Assessment, Environmental Audit, Environmental Modeling and Application of Information Technology in Environmental Management along with construction and designing aspects of Environmental Engineering. |
