About Us      

Department of Information Technology was started in the year 1999. The Department offers 4years programme in Bachelors of Information Technology. The current Intake capacity for this programme is 120.

The department of Information Technology has been Accredited by National Board of Accreditation. The Department has well qualified faculty, technical support staff, adequate and well furnished classrooms with audio visual facilities and fully equipped state-of-art laboratories for imparting quality education to the students admitted in this programme.

Presently the U. P Technical University admits students in this programme through the U. P State Entrance Examination (UP SEE). 15% of the seats are allowed to be filled by the Management on merit basis. Diploma Holders with 1 st Division marks are admitted in IIIrd Semester directly under the lateral entry provisions of 10% of intake, with the approval of Director of Technical Education U.P.
